Package Information:
The Campfire Conference Package rate includes conference participation, three nights lodging, eight meals and snacks. Cottage Packages are available for parties of six or more. Commuter Packages are available for those that will not require overnight lodging. Registration closes on January 19, 2026.
Pre-Conference CREMLE Package rate includes lodging for Saturday, January 24th and meals (Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch. Cost is additional to Campfire Conference Package.

Commuter Rate: $260 (Includes conference participation and meals from dinner on Sunday Jan 25th – dinner Tues Jan 27th)

• Rates are per person.
• Registrations require a minimum deposit of $100.00 for lodging packages, and full payment for commuters.
● If reservations are cancelled prior to December 15, deposits are refundable or transferable.

● All balances are due upon arrival. Balance may be paid by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card payments.
● If the remainder of your balance, less the deposit, is coming out of your 2026 budget, please make arrangements with the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly.
